Meet Sun Yat-sen in Zhongshan

Did you know that “Zhongshan”is more than just a name-it’s a cultural thread connecting people around the world? Across China alone, there are over 180 Zhongshan Roads and more than 200 Zhongshan Parks, while statues honoring Dr. Sun Yat-sen, known as Sun Zhongshan in Chinese pinyin,  can be found across the world. As 2026 marks the 160th anniversary of the birth of Sun Yat-sen, the Zhongshan International Communications Center cordially invites you to capture these “Zhongshan elements” on camera and share them with us. Exciting gifts await participants! In Sun Yat-sen’s hometown, let’s meet in his hometown—a gathering that transcends distance and time.

【How to Participate】

1.Follow Amazing Zhongshan on Rednote, Douyin, WeChat Video Channels, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter (X), and leave a comment under the video.

2. Post your own videos/photos on any of the above platforms, with the hashtag #MeetSunYat-seninZhongshan, and tag @AmazingZhongshan.

3. Send your videos/photos to the email address: amzhongshan@hotmail.com.
