Introducing Beautiful Country Homes — Guangdong’s first digital platform for revitalizing idle rural homes, launched by Guangdong Zhongshan Culture and Tourism Group.

作为政府支持的公益平台，”美丽乡居”免费使用。无论您在哪个国家，只要有网络，就能通过电脑端、手机网页或微信小程序登录平台，随时随地管理房产信息。平台打通政企数据，还会逐步加入AI 智能推荐功能，帮您快速找到靠谱租客（如文旅创业者、长期租客等）。

Supported by the government and completely free to use, this platform lets you manage your property from anywhere in the world. You can easily access and update your property information via a computer, mobile browser or WeChat mini-program.

The platform integrates government and enterprise data and will soon feature AI to help you find reliable tenants — from culture and tourism entrepreneurs to long-term residents.

此外，平台还将提供一站式配套服务，未来将引入专业团队，满足你侨房改造设计、租赁法律咨询、金融服务等需求；还会导入文旅项目、打造主题村落，提升您侨房的价值。
